Privacy Policy
In short: this website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools. Fonts and images are hosted on my own server. Personal data is only collected if you write to me or book an appointment.
This is a translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.

This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, it applies as well.
2. Visiting the website
When you open the site, the server stores access data for technical reasons: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page. This data is used only to keep the site secure and stable. It is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short time.
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Strasse 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes the data on my behalf.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts are not loaded from Google or any other provider but from my own server.
4. Contact by email
If you send me an email, I process your details to answer your request. I delete them once they are no longer needed for that purpose and no legal retention obligation applies.
5. Booking via Calendly
For the virtual espresso, I link to Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). You only leave this website once you follow the link. Calendly then processes your name, email address, and preferred time according to its own privacy policy. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process.
6. Links to LinkedIn and Amazon
The links to LinkedIn and Amazon are simple links. No data is transmitted to these providers when you visit this site. Their privacy policies only apply once you click a link.
7. Your rights
You can request information about the data I hold about you at any time, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. An email to brunello@ceo-code.com is enough.
You can also file a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or in the EU with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
8. Changes
I update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
